Shipping and Delivery

We confirm that the goods are delivered from our warehouse which is situated in Italy, but the invoice will be issued with recipient VAT.

No additional fees or taxes will be applied to send the good.

The estimated delivery time for the orders is 20 working days (Mon-Fri).

Free shipping for orders over 100€ with standard delivery service.

Once the order will be despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email in which you will find a link to follow the delivery.

The courier chosen for the delivery of orders is UPS. Depending on the delivery area, UPS could could assign deliveries to local couriers.

Our couriers are authorised to leave parcels with neighbours, in safe places or in the houses' gardens o back yards. A claim that an order has not been received and delivered in the ways described above will be treated as a third party dispute and will therefore no longer be our responsibility.

Delivery times may incur delays during

• during holiday periods: Christmas, Summer Bank Holiday and National Holidays

• events beyond the control of those involved in the distribution chain, such as natural disasters, road blocks due to strikes, events, car accidents, visits by public figures, and so on

• inventory.
